Rainbow wolf fish info

Hey I'm liking these guys alot and don't know anything about them as they were illegal in FL. I live in VA now and I think I want one. Any info on size and suitable tankmates?

They get to be about 20"-24" and will eat just about anything that it wants to... Pretty cool fish...a friend had one for a while........
