Raising a double iron stand diy

I’d like to raise my entire wrought iron double-stand that holds two 40-breeder tanks up 12 inches higher. It would be nice to have the lower one off the ground. Any easy way to do this? Can I just stack it on four cinderblocks?

Yes - just stack on concrete blocks. The solid 4" ones are probably better than the hollow ones but either will work.
