Ive currently got 9 ancistrus (brsitlenoses along with some other plecos in a 2x1x (i know but theres lot of filtreration and W/C's) and theres 3 males and 6 females 5 gold and 4 brown which have spawned theres male with about 50 babies in a upright stainless steel tube my boss wants to buy the babies so what can i do to raise as many babies as i can thanks!

well ive never raised any myself but my growout tank is generally pretty empty (barebottom with very little deco for hiding). And no competition for food for the occupants, only the fish being grownout are in there. I also do daily 20% water changes.

the idea is to provide ideal conditions for them, no competition, easy to find food, and good water quality

Might want to not use lights in this case, my bristlenose are most active when the lights are off

Man that tank is way overstocked... Basically, it would be best if you could seperate them, and just throw in half a courgette or cucumber at a time, and let them feast overnight, take what's left out in morning, and repeat.

You need to get a much larger tank if you want to breed them with success. In the current living conditions, don't expect more than a handful to survive.

Eventually they'll either escape or the parents will let them out, then you shall have the job of feeding them all. It's up to you if you want to seperate them
