Yeah I've kept the sturgeon before but I didn't get it from Ranch. They are too beat up and stress that I am sure they wouldn't survive for too long.

People here in WA eat sturgeon. Its nice to see that they have them for sale now in market which get them famr bred. That way it takes the fishing pressure of the wild ones when people keep them for food.

Those 99 Ranch supermarkets are everywhere in so cal.
