Ranco Controller Analog Output Question

The instructions that come with the controller says that it has a 0 - 10 volt output for external monitoring.

Is there some sort of LCD display that could be wired into this for a better display of the temperature?

just get a big volt meter and relabel it in temperature

I was hoping they made one that would show degrees. I wish I was handy with electronics this could be a little money maker.

I see these Rancos are huge with beer and wine makers also. I bigger LCD display would be cool. Especially a backlit one.
