Raphael catfish and Jaguar cichlids

I have a question. Will my Raphael catfish eat my jaguar cichlids eggs??

It is possible as with any bottom dweller /catfish

Keep an eye on them if he starts looking beat up then move him

I know they are very territorial right now and won't let anything get too close I just didnt know if he would try it or not with them being so aggressive. I would like to grow this batch out and see what kind of offspring I get out of these two jags

The Raphael probably will eat eggs when it starts foraging at night. That's when the Jaguar parents will not be able to protect the eggs. I have 2 Raphael Catfish that hide until the room is dark.

Like I said its possible if he doesn't get the eggs he will go for the fry after dark
