Is there any way to sex these fish ? mostly just wondering and if so how big do they need to be to sex?

nope no way as far as i know either. wait 10 more years and then when s/he passes away, get to work with a scalpel. my raphael is going on 8 yrs old now and still hasn't grown past 6 inches. i've seen them get enormous tho. maybe somebody knows of a way when they reach a certain size.
