Rapid breathing all of a sudden and am I doing the right thing?

Can anyone just close this thread? I've seen fishes kept in very bad water conditions and very small room to move for months without dying and with healthy appetite (but don't mistake me for doing such things) and all these people were like "tank is too small" "tank is too small" "tank is too small" this thread is getting nowhere anymore.

Nearly everyone posted the same or simialr remarks questions and advice.
Tell you what.. we are all wrong and you are right. It wasnt your fault. The fish was already sick with some thing.
