I need to take some of mine. He still isnt eating prepared foods so it will be a while before I take a pic of him

Check out my thread. He's getting more and more golden, almost by the day. Tough to capture the gold snakeskin pattern coming in, but with time I know it will become much more pronounced and easy to photograph. He's eating Hikari floating sticks and Cichlid Gold.

Jeff vented mine before I grabbed him and it's a confirmed male. He tips the tape at about 8" and getting FAT. I can't wait to see what develops over the next few weeks
^^^ did they take krill first? Mine only eats live. He is currently being starved. Im not even going down that road with this guy. Eat or die
Love the snakeskin pattern on these Rapps guys! I can't wait until they get 10-12" and the gold starts to POP. Lookin real good acip!
i had to fatten them up with live when they came in,after that it was starvation and they learned the rest from my dithers
