Rapp's furnace lake Azuls

Got 2!! last week. Already on sinking Carnivore pellets and cut shrimp soaked in vita-chem. VERY skitish little guys. Anyone else have any or have pics of adults?

How big are your azuls? How did you get them to eat massivore and shrimp?

About 4 inches, pretty easy. They were already on Blood worms. Took to the shrimp right away.

You're lucky they were only on bloodworms. I have a few from a different source and I have to still train them to accept shrimp and massivore. I have one twelve incher that already takes shrimp but not yet massivore. Any suggestions to get him to eat massivore?

i would treat them with prazipro. i believe there was people who got them the last time rapps brought them in and alot didnt end up making it.

Yeah I heard the same thing... why do you think that is?? I'm tryna find out as much as I can about them before I use my christmas fish money!
