Rapps response time

I am sure Jeff Rapps is fairly busy as the most reputable distributer I have heard of. Just curious if anyone has had any issues with response times through e-mail or if it is better to call to place an order. I am really trying to place an order

I usually hear back from him by the end of his day if not then by first thing in the morning. But I live in Alaska and I'm 4 he behind him so... Just be patient, I'm sure the last thing anyone wants is to be annoyed

+1 Jeff will contact you when he has a chance. He's replied to me a few times late at night or early in the morning.

I would email to place an order just so he can get to it when he can, but if you've already ordered then just be patient. And post pics when you receive the order.

I'm trying to be patient I emailed him 3 days ago though (at least 2 full business days) just curious of the normal response and the best contact method cause I am veru serious about some fish in stock right now I am also in va and he is in nj so.. lol

Have you checked you junk mail/spam box? For whatever reason his emails end up in mine and i would think hes not replying for days and they were there the whole time.

I find it's hit or miss when I get in touch with him, either same day or it takes a few days, guess it just depends how busy he is.

I completely understand if he is busy. I am just curious what everyone else does to get ahold of him because I have never ordered through him before. I see the response time varies so i guess if i dont hear back by noonish tomorrow i will try to call. I did check my spam folder because I had that thought too but nothing there Thanks for the input guys! I will most definitely post pics if I get what I am after
