Rapps Trimacs - Update

Here are a couple of pics of my Trimacs from Rapps. Of the 8 I purchased, I ended up with 4 males and 4 females. 3 males and 1 female made it from the 8 and are now around 3 1/2". The 1 female I have left is really nice but a beast and killed off her 3 sisters one night before I had a chance to separate them.

The first set of pics is of the male I'm keeping. The forth pic is of the male going to a local friend and the third (no pic) I gave to my brother.

They went a little crazy when I moved them into their new home this weekend and got a couple of scrapes. They get along surprisingly well but I know that wont last.

I've never seen a Trimac in my LFS. Just Flowrhorns...Very nice fishes.

I don't know about those. no red, males should be showing color at that size. Body looks to long too. Ken

Nice - they do look quite healthy. You have quite a few Tri's in your collection now

I am sure the aggression is going to change in a while - I am in fact surprised that they get along well. Good luck with them, they will be a blast to watch.
