I have a friend whose father is a professor at the university of michigan, who was granted permission to collect some sort of super rare strain of red devil a few years ago. well he has sucessfully bred them for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and has no room for the babies. he said it was against the law to sell them but is willing to give me 12 or so. I guess they are velt black/violet and the parrents are 18inches and very aggressive. I have seem the parents in a photo and they are very nice looking black. can anyone else give me any info on theese ? p.s. he said they are the only ones in the u.s.

Ask him for a scientific name, this sounds very fishy as they are highly illegal and it seems like he is having hard time getting them himself yet he is just willing to give you a dozen.

he has 8-10 adults like i said he has permission to have them but he cant sell them. its supposed to be on the downlow.

Good job keeping it on the down-low. ;) This does sound very interesting but I think if you get the scientific name people would have much easier time helping you get the right info.

Keeping it on the downlow is not announcing where he works and what he has for 5000 members and who knows how many other people to see.. I'm not tryin to be a dick but I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate this type of publicity..

can i have one? ;)

I have only talked to the guys son , who is a total stoner, do getting the scientific name might be difficult. but i will have my paws on them in about a week. i will get pic asap I was just wondering if anyone has heard of them or could refer me to a good pic (the one i saw he was attacking the glass so it was a frontal / blurry shot}
