Rarest snakehead ID plz

HI,

this is a semi leucistic /xanthoristic snakehead. Could be melasoma (depends on the catch location)
 
I never seen this species or ever read about it...........body structure is more like marulius......(head scales)

Amazing snaky! By all accounts!

And to be certain that there must still exist untold jewels like that somewhere in the wild. We still have a lot to see with channas.

Wish I could help but couldnt I'd a species from those pictures.

Very interesting specimen. If you could let me know where you found the pics, or even what they were calling it even if its a common name it will help jump start my search. I'll see if i can find more info on it.
