rash?

hey guys need your help?
just found out that my aro has some sort of
rash looking thing thing on his face near the
gills part?also look kind of torn
i guess b/c he started scatching himself alot
like on sand and filter
does anyone have an idea of whats going on?
what should i do
just did a water change and all parameters and stuffs
are fine

add salt and any picture? maybe parasite like bump temp too 84-86 degree

duc you dont keep any aros do u? and since its scratching itself maybe remove the substrate to prevent it from happening

cuz theres noting else in there
and its a 300gal tank
never used salt so how much salt,
couple tons, hah boy
