rat colony and big ole cages

I have a nice sized breeding colony of rats. and I have some monster cages for sale. I am located in socal.

Rat colony-2 males, and 4 females $45
6'x40"x3' wooden cage and plexi viewing window-$25 has a metal mesh top with locks.

Giant cage, 12' long by 6' tall by 6' wide, whole front has double pane viewing window, giant lockable door with extra key, bunch of heat lamps, and light fixtures. Comes with everything you see and more-asking $800 OBO
Can use anyof the cages for whatever, little grow op with plants, bird breeding cage, or reptiles like I did..
