hi guys, this is my new flowerhorn i got from a breeder, im still kinda new with these fish, so tell me what ya think about it. thanks

Not too familiar with flowerhorns myself. I like the clear striping and blue iridescence (no idea how to spell that) in the fins. Really pretty fish

RD x festae
But im probaly wrong.

mayan or mayan x is what it looks like, festae have smaller dots further towards the top, not in the middle like a festae, and are comonly mislabled as festae

Black bars are normal, doesn't mean it has mayan, festae, or convict in it.

I would ask the breeder what the parents were because I'm not sure what the heck to classify it as. Its color would look much better over gravel with a blue background.
