Very nice SRD! Rate means only what you rate it for yourself. KOK size depends on water quality, food and genetics. Good luck. Going to be a nice one!
Very nice Kamfa! KOK size is in the gens but you can help stimulate growth by putting a mirror or Blood Parrot in the tank 15 - 20 min a day. As for food, any high quality food will work. I recommend NLS Float, Hikari Bio Gold, Hikari Blood Red Parrot, or any CZ Aqua Products foods.
It's called grooming. Makes the fish show more color, aggression and grow KOK . . . . .supposedly. Also stresses them and shortens life span. Again, good food and water. I use a mix of Hikari gold, Hikari staple and Hikari blood parrot. 30 percent of each pre-soaked floating pellets. Skinned frozen peas once a week.

So now you have me intrigued . How does a parrot stress the flowhorn? Wont he just kill it? Or is the parrot immune to attacks?

The parrot is only for grooming to make him more active. They usually put in only for 15-20min. Then seperate them again. Putting it together for a long time is not good and can be stressful.
