I now have a 120G (48x24x24)
Filter is an FX5.

Currently have: (all juveniles)
1 x IT
1 x AT
2 x Senegalus
1 x Ornate (selling as he tries to eat everyone)
2 x Silver$
1 x Bala shark

also got a BN Plec and some angels in there at the moment, but probably not long term.

Is my current stocking ok? Can I add anything else?
I know the IT in about 5 years will be too big, but thats cool. 5 years is a long time...

Open to suggestions on anything - cichlids, cats etc.. Our selection here for monsters isnt great - can get most cichlids, delhezi, senegals, ornates, pictus cats, nandus nandus, leapard gouramis, fire eels, TT eels etc..

I would add a shaol of Giant Danio's. This is what I did for my tank and my baby dats keep looking at them for food when I am not feeding. Eventually they will graduate to eat them.

I PITY DA FOO :mr-t: !

You too dude!

I just added a red Oscar....

And I have a Anubias Gigantea thats about 2ft tall now in the tank, the leaves are all abou 6'' big!

If this Oscar turns out to have a nice personality Ill keep him, and will sell my AT when room is an issue.

The problem is, the tank is just not sufficient to house any eels, i am not sure of the size of the tank but make sure you do frequent water changes.

I would get at least a 500g or so if you want to keep all these fish, you will get attached to your datnoids.

Some new pics.
My AT has got really nice pink colouring on his face... its there when hes stable and unstable. Not sure if its normal, but its nice.

I had 3 bala... the Ornate ate 2 of them... The lone one will be moved on in a short while, want to fatten him up first then put him in one of the work tanks.

The Angels belong to my missus, im trying to get rid of them at every opportunity ;)

Eels yeah, just dont have the room...

Its a 120G. I change 40G weekly.

I have a good idea, upgrade to at least a 300-400g or more and use the 120g for an oscar and a wide variety of plecos!
