I probably should have asked this question before I dropped some in the thank lol, but is it ok for cichlids such as Festae, Red Devil to consume raw salmon? Can i add this to their regular diet?

No issues as of now ( as i didn't expect any - I mean they do eat FISH lol).
They seemed to love it

Salmon is a very greasy, fatty food, which can leave a grease layer on the top of your water. And its high in fat, so too much can seriously damage your fish. Also, salmon is expensive, tilapia is a better option, but really you should stick with white fish.

Salmom actually is pretty cheap if you find it on sale and buy a whole one. (I can get it on sale at $2.99/lb a few times a year.) However, most if not all salmon has been frozen first (to kill parasites.) I'd probably freeze fresh salmon first before serving.

IIRC, it's done that way in Japan, the EU, and probably most of the US.

Whether you like the greasy part is another issue. I would not make it a staple because it does have a high fat content (likely due to their need to fatten up for migrations.)

Salmon really! Talking about fish eating better than me.
