Raw shrimp and jaguars

I've got 3 small jaguar cichlids about 3/4 cm long I've had them since Wednesday and there doing great, I fed them some raw shrimp cut really small last night and they loved it.

How often can I feed them the shrimp I don't want to cause them problems but I know been jags it's a lot closer to there natural diet.

At the minute there on flake and micro pellets but I want to start introducing more to there diet.

Any feeding advice from fellow jag keepers, this is my first time raising jags and want to get it right.

I’d feed them shrimp as a treat, perhaps that OR earthworms/nightcrawlers once a week, or every 2 weeks. All my fish love shrimp and earthworms but it drives them crazy lol, water splashing everywhere kind of crazy so I don’t feed them that too often. Along with a good staple pellet that should be fine. I use hikari cichlid gold and sometimes cichlid staple.
Along with peas now and then.
