Hello,

Could you guys help me id one of my rays, i know the female is a motoro, im just not sure about the other i thought he was a hystrix, but after reading another thread I'm not so sure, and do you think the two would mate? i know their not mature enough yet, but do you guys think they would mate being different specise's?

Humerosa. They could mate for sure. Search hybrids for other forums.

That thing looks NOTHING like a humerosa. Id say either nazca or hybrid.

I'm in Whitby Ontario, just outside of Toronto, I'm pretty sure it was wild caught

id say its sp. peru which sometimes is known as the peruvian hystrix. not a true hystrix though.
