Im looking for an Id I have had this female now for 4 months she is a 10" disc. I always thought she was a peruvian motoro sp. But I have just had her id`d as a Potamotrygon Schroederi P40. So now im at a loss any ideas???

This is not a Schroederi, it is a Peruvian 'flower'

peruvian flower is a P.motoro sp... all look a lil bit different just keep feeding her and you will find out

well flower rays are from peru and is a completely different speicies to motoro. So is this ray a motoro sp.?????

true shroederi flowers are not from peru.... a peruvian flower is just a varient of a motoro

and at the size of the ray that is pretty much what it will look like disk might darken up but thats about it really spots may change never know

The spots you can see in the pic that have broken uphave gone from round orange spots to that effect in the last week.
