definitly not, what we over here call a Pot. scobina, I would call it a Pot. orbignyi. Brazilian scientists would propably have a different opinion in what has to be called a Pot. scobina correctly........

Here are two of the rays, we hobbyists in Germany call Scobina. I took the picture last week, right after she gave birth to four little rays! I've also taken pictures of the pups coming out, but the pictures, are in a very poor quality

that's the ray you own......

I bought them as Pot. magdalenae by a big european importer, some time ago. In my opinion they are nothing else than Pot. orbignyi.

I've got one very similar to that. I have spoken with numerous people about this and the general consensus is all the same. "Brown Ray"
