ok so this ray was at my local public aquarium and i figured it was a pearl ray but it looks too blue....... any ideas on ID?

oh and sorry for the crappy pics..... he/she was having too much fun in the current made my the filter return.

Yea looks like a pearl, although pearls are SP. So you never know exactly what the blood lines are.

Skinny Pearl... gives it that 'blue' effect.. rim of disc gets so thin it becomes almost transparent.. sometimes a juvenile trait ie: Blue Motoro

It looks a pearl probably kept with other rays, under what is obviously bluish aquarium light.

There's not that much blue on him. Pearl ray for sure!

pearls are not a cross breed, they are just undefiend to science as of right now, they are thier own species not a cross breed
