Looks like a hybrid maybe motoro/mantilla.

Not really sure, I have seen them called schroederi (in aqualog), motoro variants, and peru flowers. Probably more closely related to a motoro than any other ray.

Motoro mix of some kind.

theres a cuple more pics. she is in with 3 motoros spots are more of a peppered looking than a solid spot and her eyes seem to point more upwards than the motoros.
