I think it is a sp. yapezi. They come in with retics a lot. also they come in labeled as hystrix.

I have 3 retics.. and I wouldn't be surprized one iota is they where 3 different species... but I agree looks like a yepezi. problem is they come in so stressed and malnourished until you beef them up and put some TLC into them you don't really know what you have. unless your looking at motoro's or the blacks... alot of the tiny rays are almost impossible to ID out of the bag imo.
 
Its a "yepezi" indeed, not the real deal, but they are labeld as yepezi. I have seen so many of these around now, im starting to think its a own type. Had 2 of them myselfe, nice rays. GET BIG!!
