Just got home from Virginia tonight and noticed one of my male rays has lost some of its color or pigment around his disc about an inch all the way around, any ideas why, am I missing something in my water? I will post a pick tomorrow.

Here's a pick, something that I noticed is that the water temp has cooled off since we left last week. It was 76 now 72.

I woudn't be worrided.

Aslong as he:

If he is eating, active and acting normally it should be ok. I dont know a lot on that specie. Temp should go back to 76, that should help definte.

How is he doing today? Everything should be fine if he is acting normally.
(Also it wouldn't hurt to place some garlic extreme in his food, this will help his immune system if their is something wrong)

^you probably heard about garlic extreme before.....
I had rays before....fresh...but close.

I make my own food and there is alot of garlic in there. He is as active as allways and eats like allways

In my opinion he is fine, but if still curious check out with zoodiver...he is always doing something with sharks and rays...knows way more then me.
