ray not active & not eating

i never had this happen which is why i find it so strange.

Got in a new BD ray recently. She ate the first day she got in the tank but then soon after she stopped eating and now not even active. All my other rays in the tank are always super hyper and begging for food. Every new ray i get i treat the same way. Water parameters seem fine so my only concern is internal parasites ? so i have treated the whole tank with parzi . I currently have her separated in the tank by herself. she has not eaten in 4-5 days now but she doesn't seem to be getting skinny.. im just confused haha.. any expert insight would be great.

was considering trying, but she doesn't seem interested in food in general I think .. chopped prawns , blood worms etc, like most rays will react or move when food hits them even if they don't eat it , she doesn't even move... lol
 
night crawlers..ummm still no go... any other suggestions out there? Ray still seems decent and does not look like she lost any weight and no death curl . every other rays and tank mate eating like pigs. debating if i should continue the prazi treatment ?
 
sounds good. I'm just afraid that theres some internal parasite going on . i'll keep trying the night crawlers as well.
