Ray not eating but water conditions are fine as normal

I was wondering it could be parasites. But as rays are sensitive I'm not sure what type of parasite medication to use. what brand have you guys found sucessful? Been feeding the ray blackworms since I brought it home. Any comments would be great.

what type of ray. sorry im not sure on meds for rays. how long has it been in the tank?

retic. had it for about 2 months.

this last week it has stop eating. first 2 months was eating like a monster. was doing well. very active but last couple of days hasn't look so good. I've been keeping rays for awhile but never use medication on them.
