Ok just so those who aren't use to the metric system - here's what those dimensions are in American standard - 65" x 24.8" x 27.5" or about 190 gallons.
Now that said - Ricko, I'll attempt to answer your question.
With a tank that size - it really it's suitable for any shark or stingray, as an adult. But it would be a good size tank for keeping a small shark or ray pup. A slow growing species like the Port Jackson's may be fine for a couple of years. but eventually it will need a larger tank or pond. A small bamboo pup maybe kept only about 1 year in a tank that size, before needing a larger tank.
The hermits, shrimp and other tank cleaners may usually be fine. But with bullhead sharks like PJ's - I would suggest not keeping urchins, & sea stars. Also sea cucumbers may be bad for shark/ray tanks. Bullhead sharks are known to have a taste for echinoderms.
Generally speaking the smallest species of stingray (Round stingrays) for private aquarists needs a tank with a footprint of at least 12 sq.ft(11,100 sq.cm), and the smallest species of shark(coral catsharks) for private aquarists needs a tank with a footprint of at 15-18 sq.ft. (about 13,900-16,700 sq.cm).
