I feed my rays a diet of bloodworms, ever since i have had them. today while removing some of there poop I noticed it had a heavy red tinge to it, what could this be? I did feed them some earth worms today, but i dont think it would go threw them that fast.

Healthy Poo? My rays had lots of dark black poo with blackworms and earthworms.. but when I switched them to krill it started to come out orange/pink color..

As long as it's not white and stringy.

sounds normal to me for what you are feeding....

thanks for the info. It had me worried, but they seem to be fine, what does it mean if its white and stringy?

white and stringy means internal parasites, which would be treated with prazipro, injecting it into an earth worm is the best way to go, be aware however if you feed them shrimp, thier poop does come out white.
