I am new to rays. I have an unidentified tecup ray right now that I have had for two weeks so far. When I come by the tank usually he/she comes up to the front of the tank and lifts up on the glass a bit and is waiting for me to put the turkey baster by it's mouth to feed it. Well ussually toward the evening when I come to feed him/her for the second time it swims up the glass and keeps like bobbing out of the water. I was wondering what this behavior is. Is it just begging for food or is it something that rays just do.
