Guess he is free to return to the NFL,so who do you think will end up signing him?

UFC

I don't think anybody will take him this year. But he might go to a team that doesn't have much of a running game, but are still fighting for a playoff spot. Teams like Arizona, Atlanta, San Diego, Carolina, Detroit etc.

His best years are behind him though. His numbers were declining in 2012. 2013 was a terrible year for him because he was out of shape, too heavy and hurt. To be fair to him, the Raven's offensive line was really, really bad in 2013. Most RBs don't last long in the NFL. It's a young man's position due to all the physical pounding.

Bengals are stacked on beast running backs no need for backs that are wife beaters

Well, as many are convinced, the Ravens like to keep murderers, so why not keep someone that only beat his wife? I don't think any team will pick him up, but who knows.

can someone help me understand?

what is the nfl's current rules for guys that do this stuff in their personal life?

how did he win his appeal?
