Looking for other tank mates.
Look at my signature to see my tank sizes and what rays I have.

Both of my Motoro ray tanks now have arrowana's in them. (one in each tank) but would like to have one or two more upper/ middle swimming fish in there also..
Was looking at Indo dat's, but dont know alot about them. Not finding much info on them.
Or any ideas on other good tank mates..

HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOO HELLLLLOOOOOOOO.... man, its empty around here tonight..lol
were is everyone at?

just to give you some ideas i have a 300g with a silver aro, 2 retic rays, black ghost knife, TSN, ID shark, florida gar, a gold vail angel, 3 pink convicts, sailfin pleco, leopard pleco. all seem verry happy and there is no bullying.... other than the fact that when i added the convicts i had 5 and the next day i had 3. my TSN looked like he was gunna burst.

I've had pretty good luck with South American Geophagus species, Datnoids (Indo, NTT, NGT), and Arowanas.

I'm sure there are others but thats my mix. =]

thanks for the ideas..

Depends on what floats your boat.

I like Characins.... I tend to focus primarely on rays.... Seems to be much easier to get food down to the rays with Characins. Many stay a managable size. Most of the time the rays don't even know they're in there. Could be a lot less stressfull enviroment then having a "death star" sized shrimp vacuum constantly pacing back and forth.....

Downfall - can become expensive feeders.

I heard Peacock Bass are good with rays, but also been told when they get big, they consume ALOT of food, but my 12"aro does that already, so it prolly wouldnt matter haha

Ya, dont want to have a tone of fish in the tank, just looking at putting a couple of things in there for more viewing. I already have a Arrowana in each of the tanks Im looking to do this with, so thinking one more med/large swimming fish would look nice in there..
