ray wont eat

hi guys i got a retic ray ive had for about 6 months hes been eating raw shrimp and night crawlers he usually eats like a pig but today he wont eat hell swim over it put in his mouth and spit it out i dont know what 2 do

if its only today I wouldn't really worry ray just may not be hungary keep your temp up params good and keep offering food you could always try black worms

i just did 50 percent water change still wont eat ill just wait and see

he keeps trying to eat he swims over it sucks it in and acts like he cant chew it

What are your water parameters? It sounds like he might be a bit stressed.

ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates .05 paremeters r good

cut the food up smaller. Might be too big of peices. Also have you changed the food source? What I mean location of where you buy it, is it fresh?

Dont worry about it today , but if he goes another day or two with out eating I would worry than . Do another water change tomorrow and see what happens .
