They were housed in a 70 gallon for a few weeks while I set up my 120 at my parents house seeing as I'm the new roomate until I rebuild some of my house. Just a few shots over head shots during the move.

male. may need to seperate him because he is one hell of an eater and i need my little one to bulk up so she can keep up with feedings.

female who was trying to jump out of the pail to get at some night crawlers. i feed he about 4 times a day and shes so active its hard to keep up so she can maintain a solid weight

other female. recently aquired in a really good trade. her color and pattern in the tank on black sand is pretty incredible

I just set them up with a new fluval fx5 which is running with a rena XP4 and XP3.

love those..
fat and health..
it should be nice later..
keep postin" later ..:D

Beauties!! I think you got your sexes mixed up. I thought first pic was female and last two pics were male. The last two pics, the rays exihibit what appears to me as claspers. I dunno.. just a guess.

thanks everyone. Hopefully with my regular feedings the females can catch up and get as fat as the male. He's got rolls at the base of his tail.

lol i definatly don't have the sexes mixed up. those are the "feet" you see, the claspers are under those on rays. the male is just ultra relaxed and not moving, where as the females were jumping around wanting to get fed in the pails
