If you had a chance to buy a pair Bd's or Bd/leo's but didn't have a choice of picking the exact ones would you still buy them. Basically what they send you is what you get!

There is a lot of depends in that, depends on price, source, confidence in seller, what your recourse is.

for instance, there is a BD breeder by me I know his quality ive seen his breeders, if he called me and said hey I got these BD's for this price, i would not need pics.

Now conversly if it is a jobber or overseas, I would want to see them first.

I would never buy a ray without pics. I dont see a reason why pics wouldnt be avail. Would seem very shady to me if someone told me that

Nope, even when they send pics there isnt a guarantee you get what you selected, been there done that.
