And rays are not illegal here in new mexico. None of the stores around here will keep them in stock because of the space they take up. I've seen a retic a few times at fins n critters but im sure them or clarks would order you whatever you want. It is probably easiest to order one online from some of the vendors around here and have it shipped to your brother. You probably have a better chance of getting a healthy ray this way.
