Rays with Catfish?

How well would a couple rays do with my RTC, RTCxTSN, and Channel Cat? Would they be best of in a tank where they were not constantly swam over by the cats? Just thinking of what else to add to my pond.
 
I am in the process of building a 8'x3'x3' "pond" if you will in my room. I want something more than just my large cats.
 
i had a couple motoros with a tiger shovelnose and he would get all the food imo i would do one or the other i got rid of the cat and since then the motoros have been eating good and are growing well
