rays with florida gar?

i wonder if 35-40cm florida gar will work with 15cm rays?

currently i keep the florida with my 30-35cm rays and theyve been together for 3 months so far with no issue at all.

I'd be a bit cautious. Even though he's been with other rays before the new ray is much smaller then the old rays so he could be seen as food.

Agreed, let the little rays grow a few inches first, then Cohab them.

10 inches is probably safe

keep an eye for the gar going after the rays eye during feeding. i have kept florida gar with my rays forever with no issues. occasional accidental bite during feeding but never bothered rays.
