RBP behavior

I have had these 4 RBP since thanksgiving and have noticed that now they are starting to be more aggressive with each other. They seem to be interested in nipping at each others gills some. Is this normal? They are well fed and growing fine.

well size tank are they in?

Juvys tend to nip each other a lot at an early age and will outgrow it when they grow larger.

they are in a long 55 gallon tank.

Im having the same thing happen with mine. I have eight in a 125 g tank and at first hey were taking chunks out of eachother, now that they have all healed, they seem to be biting their fins, Ive been told their establishing territories.....
