RBP turning black is it breeding time? **Pic**

hey. i was just checking on my RBP's and noticed one of them has started turning black. i am worried that he is sick but maybe he is just starting to breed.

please take a look and tell me what u think

thanks. there are 7 of them and 5 convicts almost the same size. it is fun to watch the con's stand up to the RBP when it comes feeding time only to run and hide the rest of the time
 
you should remove the other pictures from your account though ;)
 
From the picture here it looks like they might be a little young to start breeding. They still have spots. How old are they? I am pretty sure they star breeding at around a year and a half. RBs will get very dark all over and start getting feisty w/ each other, and one fish will build a nest. That's how you tell they are getting ready to spawn. Pretty fish from what I see, they don't look sick.
 
They look small n he hasn't started turning blk yet. You'll know when he turns black! Nice coloration.
 
to young at the moment, piranhas breed when they get a couple of years old, they dont look sick anyway.
nice colours mate what do you feed them. mine get seafood and they love the worms.
