Yesterday when I came home from class I noticed that one of my rbp's had white film over both of his eyes. And he wasn't swimming right because he was swimming really close to the surface, and would not be skittish when I put my hand near him. But today he is back down with the others and seems to be swimming a lot better but still has that film can anyone please help!

It can be anything really, my biggest one got it once and it got so bad (really opaque) i was sure he was going to loose vision in that eye but the next day it had already started to get better and a few days later it looked like it never was there.
It may be water quality related so check your parameters
You say it's in both eyes this leads me to think water quality and not an injury or something
