RD Fry Feeding

Can anyone assist me in growing my RD fry a little quicker?? What should I feed them to make them grow quicker?? I am feeding them just crushed flake food right now.

i feed my conv fry bbs and they grew pretty quick, so either bbs or crushed flakes i guess

I use a combination of freshly hatched bbs and powdered flake - kinda like havin meat and potatoes!
