I visited my buddy down in ky which i havent seen in years and the last time i was there he had 2 male doviis and a rd or midas and i went down there and asked how did they all get along and to my surprise he said the rd/midas beats the scales off both of them. there all in seperate tanks and the doviis are 9 inch and 11 inch while the rd/midas is around 9 inch but beats the snot out of them. Im kinda mad about that seeing i was going to buy a 15 inch dovii for my 180. are rd/midas that more mean then a dovii at same size cause i was looking for a big glass banger for my 180? he said he tried all adding the dovii with the midas and vise versa and it always ends the same with the rd/midas beating on them and has to seperate them. dovii suppose to be a big single specimen glass banger from what i heard and thats why i wanted one.. oh well

Different fish different personalities. I wouldnt bet on that happening in the majority of dovii RD/Midas combinations.
