Dried Watermelon, RoseHips, Hibiscus Flower, Marigold Flower, Paprika, Turmeric

Doesn't seem to be ingredients that fish would eat in the wild? (esp. flowers?)

Some of that may be for a natural color additive like paprika and marigold. Others may be vitamin enhancment. Turmeric is a natural anti inflammatory. Hibiscus is high in antioxidants. My guess on watermelon is its an easily broken down source of fiber.
I know I'm not RD. RD. if that's what you were going for.

Even when predatory fish eat other fish, they end up with processing the stomach contents of the fish they eat. These prey may be vegetarians, fruit eaters, or detritivores.
Many cichlids are vegetarian eating overhanging leaves, semi-aquatic and aquatic plants and fallen fruit.
I have even watched salt water species graze the overhanging leaves of tropical trees.

The Asian cichlids of the genus Etroplus have done very well in my tanks, when provided with the leaves of dandelions, romaine and other fresh greens, and flowers from my garden.
