RD x thaisilk... And it's fading?

This is my red devil x tai silk cross. It was a nice coloration then now it's starting to fade I think and turn all kinds of Colors, sorry for bad pics odl maybe it's a female?

No, unfortunately the guy I got it from did tho he brought his fry to the lfs.. Something I wouldn't do ( introduce them to the hobby) but what do ya think from the pics?

Don't use fins to sex Cichlids, its the least reliable method. The body shape is making me think female. If it was a male it wouldn't go a nuchal hump because it doesn't have the genes for it.

Yes most Flowerhorn you find at a local store is low grade but if you like it thats all that matters.
