RDs paired up

In my grow out tank I started with 5 juvi RDs now I have a pair that laid eggs in flowerpot yesterday. This is my first time with breeding these guys pretty pumped about having a pair. Here's where the questions come in 1- it's waterchange time do I do it or wait if I wait when should I do it. 2- I'd really like to move everyone that's not the pair to another tank as their being chased quite a bit but is that something I should attempt right now. And 3- if I do somehow disturb them this time and these eggs don't work out will they hook up again?

I'm not real concerned with this particular spawn but it would be cool to see it though to the end. Concern is that as the grow out are getting bigger and the bioload in my 125 is growing too just don't to throw off the pair for good

When I had to deal with a pair of Red Devils (midevils actually) I scooped the others out as soon as the female and male where done doing their egg thing and the eggs turned out fine. This was also in a tank a lot smaller than 125 gallons.
Once I separated the male and female from the babies when they were big enough, they spawned again.

Did small wc pulled everyone but pair seem to be back to tending eggs again for now anyway
