Re-assemble 540 gallon Monster

Hello everyone,
For over a year now I have been waiting for the right deal on a tank in the neighborhood of 500 gallons. I have found one for sale which is a 3/4" glass tank. The only issue is that it has been disassembled so it is really 5 pieces of glass and a stand. I have had a hard time finding information on re-assembling tanks of this size. I have resealed smaller tanks (under 100 gallons).

Are the the concepts basically the same? If anyone can just explain to me what the process of re-assembly would be and point out any major issues, I would really appreciate it. I am hoping purchasing a tank in this way would make it a great buy, but if I am asking for more trouble than its worth, that would be great to know.

I would ask Pharaoh I think he's reassembled tanks before. He is also a mod. You could also use the search tool at the top of the page. GL take lots of pic's and make a thread to show your progress.

That tank might have been his. He had a 540 that he disassembled a while back, not sure what ever happened to it.
